Swim Technique Class

This class is designed for the competitive swimmer. It will include video presentations and dryland training. Each day one stroke will be emphasized and on the last day we will focus on diving from the blocks and flip turns. We will also discuss how to read and follow a workout. USA Swim Team

This is a highly competitive, yet fun, swim team that teaches the swimmers discipline, hard work and team work. Their strokes will be perfected through the workouts provided during practices.
