- Tracks both tutor and student attendance
- Assists the Reading Program Director in coordinating tutor-student relationships
- Recruits volunteer tutors/teachers and students

Floor Manager
- Coordinates all tutor-student relationships, ensuring that students and tutors and appropriately matched according age and skill levels
- Ensures that the reading program runs efficiently on a daily basis, which includes finding appropriate substitutes for students whose tutors cannot attend
- Recruits volunteer tutors, teachers and students
- Tracks both tutor and student attendance, logging in all volunteer hours
- Responsible for organizing and filing student reading records

- Evaluates students entering the program
- Designs curriculum and determines which curriculum will best address each student's needs
- Coordinates all tutor-student relationships, ensuring that students and tutors are appropriately matched according to age and skill levels

- Responsible for evaluating students entering the program and for determining which curriculum best suits each student's needs
